I made this red and green cube out of six interlocking units. It’s really easy to make, especially if you’ve done modular origami before. It looks like any ordinary cube, right?
Well, something interesting happens when you pull out the triangular-shaped parts of the three red faces!
My ordinary cube has now become a rose! I love the simplicity of this piece. Just be careful when pulling out and putting away the petals, as the paper is prone to tearing.
