More 3D origami goodness!
You can make a simple pot by just stacking rows of triangles (and use some glue to make it sturdy) and it is fantastic for storing things. I have a large pot made with a base of 24 triangles to store all of my gemstones that I need to wrap. But it can also be used to make decorations as well.
Here, I made a very small thin pot so that it would resemble a tall vase. I tried to put a pattern in the vase (it’s a heart, in case you could tell XD) and sort of decorated to the top to make it look different. I should try a different pattern next time.
The rose used is a simple Kawasaki rose with a calyx and a taped stem with leaf.
Materials: 14cm square of coloured paper, 7cm square of green paper, florist’s wire and tape, green leaf, 125 triangles for the vase, PVA glue
