Helmsweave chainmaille bracelet

This is my first attempt at chainmaille. I found this helmsweave pattern online, along with many other free patterns. I used both silver and brass wire to highlight the patterns. And I wanted to use up the rest of my silver coil of wire, so here’s the end product!

There are three types of rings used. There are pairs of small silver rings to link the pairs of large rings together, and large brass rings to circle around the smaller rings, locked into place by the large silver rings.

Patience is really needed when you’re making the coils and cutting the jump rings. It took me a while to make since the cutting part was making my hand ache. Since I opted to use brass wire, I left the bracelet as it is. If it was completely silver, I might have added some charms as well.
