Like many people around the world, I haven’t been able to travel for a Christmas gathering. This is the first time I’ve spent Christmas without my family, and so I’ve set up my very first Christmas tree in the corner of my home. I’ve made a lot of the ornaments myself to personalise it!

The paper-mache Rudolph and Christmas pudding baubles, the felt stocking, and the mini Christmas tree inside the plastic bauble were made last year. I finally get to use them!
I made these large modular stars from Maria Sinayskaya’s Zen Origami book. A few in classic red and green, and one with patterned paper.

Finally, some simple origami bells, and a five-pointed star. If you want to do them yourself, here are the instructions for the origami bell and the origami five-pointed star.

I threaded some gold thread through each decoration to hang on the tree.
I hope you all stay safe and have a wonderful Merry Christmas!
