I wrapped a large tiger eye cabochon with copper wire recently! The shape was quite unusual, so I ran the wire all the way around and sideways as well.

I added some topaz Swarovski crystals and wrapped the wire ends around the frame.

Sorry there’s not much to say with this post! I just kind of worked so fast and had an idea in my head so clearly that it was done in no time! All done freehand, I’m quite happy with the elegant wirework in this one.

Materials needed:
– tiger eye cabochon
– 0.8mm copper wire
– topaz Swarovski crystals

Tools needed:
– jewellery pliers
– wire cutters
